Clinical counseling for individuals navigating burnout, life transitions, chronic illness, or workplace barriers.
Licensed mental health care for people questioning their career direction, facing burnout, navigating workplace challenges, or managing disability-related transitions or neurodivergence. Confidential and eligible for insurance reimbursement via superbill. Oregon residents only, in-person or online.

Career Strategy Consulting & Organizational Services
Non-clinical career strategy for professionals, leaders, and organizations.
For professionals and leaders navigating advancement, transition, or role redesign — and for organizations investing in talent development, inclusive workforce strategy, or supporting employees through restructuring. This is coaching and consulting, not therapy. Open to any geographic region.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
A note on our two service tracks
Career & Life Transition Counseling (Track A)
Clinical mental health care provided under Dr. Peterman’s Oregon license as a professional counselor. Sessions are confidential under the same legal standards as other licensed mental health care, may address diagnosable mental health concerns alongside career counseling, and are eligible for superbill-based reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits. Available only to Oregon residents, consistent with LPC licensure requirements.
Career Strategy Consulting & Organizational Services (Track B)
Professional coaching and consulting, not psychotherapy. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, is not billed to insurance, and is not under the same legal protections as licensed clinical care (though discretion is always maintained). Available to individuals and organizations regardless of location.
