Career & Life Transition Counseling

Build meaningful, sustainable work — because your career and your well-being aren't separate.

My goal is to help you build meaningful, sustainable work that aligns with who you are and the life you want to create. Career decisions shape identity, relationships, mental health, and overall well-being — so we'll treat them that way.

I work with people questioning their career direction, experiencing burnout, facing workplace challenges, or navigating disability-related transitions or neurodiversity. Many of the people I see are managing ADHD, autism, anxiety, chronic pain, chronic illness, grief, or self-esteem concerns alongside career questions — and all of it is welcome in the room.
